I can link to the main store page, but that would not be correct because this is not what drops from the bundle.
The complete edition contains a DLC in addition to the base game.
Plus, a lot of people use the RaChart script that highlights the owned items accordingly. If I link to the base game only, then people who own just the base game will not be able to see that the bundle drops something that contains more than that.

No. There is no "base game" vs. "package" The "base game only" was removed and the store page only has the complete package including all DLC for sale. You can see it if you check the store page and if you look at the sub page you linked, you can see that there is nothing there anymore except for a single item, the complete game.

I assume that https://steamdb.info/sub/84785/history/ was also sold on the Steam Store, a Episode 1 Only package basically, in the past. [My SteamDB-Fu is not strong enough to see clearly from when to when.] As such, the sub provides more accuracy. Various implementations of partial package ownership have been done with the RaChart™ system, so people who only own the first ep could see that they can get extra content here.
Steam also still sells the Ep 2 upgrade for Ep 1 owners - https://store.steampowered.com/app/522750/Pankapu__Episode_2/
If sub 84785 had received the Ep 2 content for free, it would indeed be correct to just link to the app store page.
