I sent an Email to GoGo to a) either get replacement keys or to b) get my (partial) money back. Because I paid them as a retailer so they are the one I have to talk to and they are the one who have to make things right with me.
I can understand your frustration with not getting paid, but now it is us customers who paid for nothing in return and have to sort this **** out.
A (dev) sells to B (retailer) who then sells to C (customer).
Any problems have to be sorted between either A and B or B and C. You took the route to settle your (A) problem with C instead of B, which will get you a lot of flack right now.

I always wonder if people like you are kids, or just stupid.
If you sold stuff to a company and they do not pay, take a lawyer. You get your money and they have to cover al fees (which are way higher than the original costs) which is, why they will pay right after the first official letter.
But no, you take literally the dumbest way, cause now YOU are the bad guy.

Was just about to start gifting games from this bundle when I saw your comments (and nhahtdh's). I wanted Sudoku but just tried the key and it shows as duped. Already own First Telegram War but wonder if I should just forget about gifting it. Anyone tried the other keys recently?

At this point I'd be extremely cautious making giveaways for any keys purchased from the site -- not so much because they might be dupes right now, but because the developers may revoke them in the future (due to non-payment from GoGo/Otaku).
I have a bunch of old keys from that site as well, and I've decided to just eat the cost rather than deal with disappointed giveaway winners.

Yes, the ability of the dev to retract a "paid-for" key months later is concerning. I think I bought the bundle because I have bad taste (ie, like rpg maker games) and wanted Simple Story Alex. Well, that vanished. I could just try the keys myself, although I really only wanted the Sudoku one out of the rest.

You're welcome. Giving you (and others) a heads-up because I recently made a giveaway with a key from GoGoBundle, but it didn't work. So I had to go through the trouble of buying a new key for it (lest I risk the anger of SteamGifts' admins and guests).
