How long is responsible support?
I wrote a request for reroll more than a week ago (I need 3 reroll my giveaways).
I bump my ticket, but nothing happens.

Dont bump the ticket, it will put you and the end of the queue as far as I know.

Don't bump the threads, you'll get back to the last place on the queue.
And, I don't know how long will took them to reply, have requested a reroll myself, hope doesn't get more than a week.

You can blame all the people giving away Spriter....

Edit: I just checked the queue, and there were over 2,000 tickets for Spriter alone the last 3 weeks....

a shitload of DLCs were given away in bundle, these DLCs are pricy so lots and lots of ppl purchased them to farm CV. As these are DLCs Steam does not report you owning them via API thus SG cannot see you already own the DLC and allows entering for it. considering how many ppl use bots to autojoin GAs not to mention non-botters just not checking their DLCs owned it results in thousands of GAs won for DLCs already owned and ppl requesting rerolls.

What am I supposed to do if support does not address my request new winner ticket and seven days pass? The winner will be allowed to mark not received then.

the winner marks as not received if he's an asshole (or he just wait until reroll happens like any normal person would do), you have temporary not-received, your reroll ticket eventually get's answered, new winner is chosen and the moment new winner is chosen you no longer have not-received, you send key to new winner and he marks as received. What other would happen? ;p

yes. Longest so far I waited for a reroll was 1 week and 2 or 3 days, nothing bad happened with this. Also support are not idiots - they are not gonna suspend you for not delivering game (aka making FAKE GA) without checking first that you already have a pending ticket for a reroll for said GA. Nothing bad will happen to you other than time wasted for reply. but again - we have very few support members, and like jatan said above, there are already thousands of rerolls waiting because of Spriter spam.

I'm starting to get very desperate. On Saturday it will be two weeks since I opened the "request new winner" support ticket and there is still no response. If you look at my profile you'll see the current winner marked "not received". If you look a little closer you will see why I'm requesting a new winner. I don't know what to do because of this situation that has been made worse by a lack of response. :(

there is no reason to worry, sooner or later support will respond.

That being said, since what this person did was quite some time ago there is a big possibility that he was suspended for it in the past already, and you will then not be granted reroll - in this case decision is yours, send game or do not send, have not received and risk potential 5 day suspension.

I told the winner (in live Steam chat) why I did not send the key yet and all the winner did was delete me from Steam friends list. The person did not write back in chat, just deleted me then marked not received.

still, as bad behaviour as it is it is not agains rules what he did, you may blacklist him but according to the rules if your reroll will get denied you should send the game.

I tried chatting with the winner again and they said they have already been suspended for multiple wins, so I'll have to trust them and hope to never have to use support again (it's awful, unfortunately). I cancelled the support ticket and sent the key after chatting with the winner.

Usually reroll ticket takes less than 24 h for get answer. Maybe you picked wrong reason? Also do not bump it, after bump it move to end of queue.

I have 3 ticket for reroll.
And I bump 2 time 1st ticket. Bump 1 time 2nd ticket. And no bump 3rd ticket. And no any difference in this - all unanswered.

keep bumping and they go to the end of the queue...

older ticket = first in queue
bumped/new ticket = last in queue

просто жди,и не делай новый запрос на переброс, ответ обычно занимает от недели до трех смотря сколько тикетов
сайт большой,людей много,модераторов мало,потому так и выходит,но это не смертельно,потерпеть можно,не правдали?
