Charged for Humble Bundle but got no URL

-MAKING POST FOR A FRIEND-

I had just bought the new WB Bundle. I typed in my email and everything, then paid with credit card, but then once I paid, I got a "Method not allowed" error. I checked my email, and all it had was something that said I had to verify my account, which I did, but no URL. I checked my card, and it had charged 5 dollars, but I never got the URL. Do I rebuy, contact support, or what? (I bought using the "Pay with Credit Card" button.)

Why wouldn't you just contact their support? The guys over there are nice and will help him out.

Humble Bundle support would probably help you better than random SteamGifts users can regarding a Humble Bundle issue.

This recently happened to my friend who paid $1 for the WB games humble bundle but he forgot to do the thing where is asks you to type in a code to confirm that you're human and it charged him $1 but he didn't get a url. I advised him to contact support and explain the situation and he got a reply that they'll look into it and they returned hit $1 and he went and repurchased it and all worked.

So TLDR, Just contact support and explain the situation and hopefully they can help you out.

A friend asks a friend for help. The friend then contacts strangers for help. Just to pass down the problem instead of spending 2 minutes to solve themselves.

Maybe Reddit can help? Post a topic there as well.

I usually post for friends, I tell them to make an account on reddit or SteamGifts, but they never do :|.

I 2nd what others said. Just tell you're buddy contact their support and be patient.
