Why wouldn't you just contact their support? The guys over there are nice and will help him out.

This recently happened to my friend who paid $1 for the WB games humble bundle but he forgot to do the thing where is asks you to type in a code to confirm that you're human and it charged him $1 but he didn't get a url. I advised him to contact support and explain the situation and he got a reply that they'll look into it and they returned hit $1 and he went and repurchased it and all worked.
So TLDR, Just contact support and explain the situation and hopefully they can help you out.

I had just bought the new WB Bundle. I typed in my email and everything, then paid with credit card, but then once I paid, I got a "Method not allowed" error. I checked my email, and all it had was something that said I had to verify my account, which I did, but no URL. I checked my card, and it had charged 5 dollars, but I never got the URL. Do I rebuy, contact support, or what? (I bought using the "Pay with Credit Card" button.)
