What are "No Value", "Reduced Value", and "Full Value" giveaways? How do they affect my overall contributor value?

All 17 games you've given are 0 value ones inside Steamgift's system. You can level up by giving games that have a single asterisk (*) or none at all by its name in the givaway creation list. Having two asterisks (**) won't make you level up.

Freebies do not count bro

Aye, as said above, you've only given away freebies. If you mouse over the $59, you will see that the true value is $0. ;)

If you grab a freebie on the internet today, it might not be marked as free by SG yet, but it will be and they retroactively apply it to the date that the game was first given away free, so you'll lose all your levels.

In case you're wondering how people can afford to buy games to give away: The vast majority of people here buy bundles rather cheaply on sites like Fanatical. They might only have the intention of playing half of those games, while still getting a worthwhile deal, so they give the rest away here rather than clog up their accounts with games they don't care for. ;)

edit: easiest way to find out your real cv is to hover the cv value

if you want it visible all the time:

1. install esgst
2. activate the option real cv
3. check your profile again, the real cv used to calculate levels is the number on the right

alternatively you can check your profile with sgtools
real cv sent

for some reason the real cv is hidden from normal users (unless they mouse-hover the raw cv value), which makes these threads the usual way to find out how the system works.
