Linear story driven games.

I'm playing BioShock Remastered and damn how good it is even after all this time. And how good linear story driven games are in general.

A toast.

i don't have much say about The Deed you're giving away

but I highly recommend Waste Walkers. Despite being a rpgmaker game, its fairly sized 'open world' for such a game.
and i easily sunk in approx 20 hours into it. the first approx 16 was my first play through of the game

Butt yeah. I understand your dislike of "open world games suck"

Example. Fallout 3. good god was that annoyingly huge
got tired of all the exploring n stuff as soon as i reached max level.
then i accidentally beat Fallout 3. Because of the random exploration. I did not follow the linear at all XD as soon as the game started. I did A B C ...... whoops found XYZ without all the in between stuff

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS to linear games though! since they're usually a lot more thought out etc.

Get a mod that raises the level cap and get a couple perk pack mods as well as Marty's Mutant Mod, backpack mod, attachment mod, etc.

1st Bioshock is much better than Bioshock Infinite, in my opinion. Really crazy and scare atmosphere.

Yeah.agreed. It's not that BioShock tries to be scary in conventional ways but being locked up in underwater city with all those crazies really creates uneasy and tense atmosphere.

Free to play games - he's free to play them.
Bioshock is free to play so it has a 2-walkthrough lock on it, after it the player is free to be mocked about it.

2 walkthrough lock?

It was a joke.
Free means no-cost, and at the same time - you're free to do something, you're allowed.
Therefore - free to play = you can play it as you want. Bioshock is not free-to-play, so you're not allowed to play too much with it or someone will comment sometihng like "That's way too many times".

I'm not sure if you knew this already, but when Bioshock was first released it actually had a limit to how many times you could install it! I can't remember the exact number of times, but I think it was 3. They later removed that limit, thankfully.;)

Games like Bioshock have a end, which means there's nothing else to play and strive for, wheares free games always have something to play and work for (grind) and doesn't have an end in proggresion. How would you know anyway? I have WAY more than a mere ,1000 hours my friend, nothing wrong with free games, their the best kind for people who can't afford non free games.

What?I don't judge, I share thoughts, not judge. I recommend something, not tell to do it. I speak out of care.

They are just different.
Grindy free to play games are like talking to a random person who will tell you their days, each and every day, and most of them will be boring. You have content and stuff to do, but it's meaningless outside of the game - you grind for stats, not for story, or "real" content.
On the other hand properly written games with start and end are well-thought out stories with a message, like a book. It may end once, but you can replay a game / rewatch a movie or a series and relive it. It's shorter in comparison, but has more to it.
If I want to put it really simply and a little rough, sandbox/endless games / typical MMO have gameplay hours, story driven games have content.

I haven't played any bioshock game for at least 7-8 years, but I still remember how awesome they were. I haven't played BioShock Infinite though.

I generally prefer non linear games, but linear stories have their merits as well.

I played Bioshock one last year (not sure if it was remastered or not), awesome game with a lot of atmosphere. Bioshock 2 I played for a while then quit at that point where you gotta escort the little kid and a bunch of enemies ambush you, I had no ammo and stuff and I played it only when my friend came over so we decided to play something else instead for a while. Gotta get back to it at some point :D.

I highly recommend playing it. Combat is a little bit strange at first ,but that's due to game's age and if you are in your late 20's at least you will quickly adapt to it. Besides that game is brilliant and hardly show it's age in any shape.
