For those games that have no price and can only buy in a bundle, would they count in my CV?

For example, this game https://store.steampowered.com/app/819030/STEINSGATE_ELITE/ have no price, and you can only get it by buying "STEINS;GATE ELITE - Bonus Content Bundle". If I give away this game, will it count in my CV at the price of the bundle($59.99) or just count as $0?

game not bundled so you will receive maximum amount CV = 50

sure, STEINS;GATE ELITE - Bonus Content Bundle have price and have nothing additionally for base game

In steamdb.info there isn't any price in any region, so I thought it has no price...
