It seems that orchestrated music is much more powerful when the video has the whole orchestra playing synced with the audio. Not my favorite, but it's the first one that pops into my mind:

And of course, the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto. If you're looking for orchestral music, classical pieces are very complex and require appreciation to enjoy, but they're actually really great and have many layers of complexity. Try checking some out and see if you like them.
