Again? You would think they would at least give us the chance the second or third time around to gift some of the games.

Maybe they will learn after a couple refunds, but probably not, unless those flood them in thousands.
Asked for one myself just now.

it's sad really. . .how low they're willing to stoop, for just a lil extra dough-if any.and not just them;every other major publisher. . .farkleberries!

Nah, sega just wants to keep pices at higher point and prevent reselling. I kinda understand that, but it's annoying anyway. I also struggled to buy this BTA bundle for 3 games i want (of 4 i dont own), but finally i got it.

You do get an inventory drop from the Dawn of War II Grandmaster Collection in the BTA tier consisting of a double-pack that includes BOTH (i) Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II: Retribution, and (ii) Dawn of War II: Retribution - The Last Standalone. There is currently no listing for this 2-pack, but you can create a giveaway for one or the other, and the winner gets an extra game for free.

I fell for this, too. After I requested a refund they added a note, that it is one key per tier. They really could have done this earlier.

First one was awesome if you like war games and rts but i can agree that unless your a big fan of war games that it might not be your thing.

Though i do sorta regret getting COH2 but damn i could not pass this bundle up for Dawn of war dlc and total war

I'm a C&C fan too and I find most RTS these days to be way too different and bland compared to that. Though I think C&C is more of a niche series at least compared to the market now.

Is it possible to create a giveaway for the entire tier? I guess that is something that needs to be manually added to SG like other (early indie) Humble Bundles?

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Yup, would need to be manually added. Probably won't happen so just pick most expensive game on Steam Store from Tier 1 and enjoy your 15%.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

You can giveaway the whole bundle (BTA or BTA+ATA). It needs to be manually added by asking support.
I already gave away some full bundles years ago... It worked as a charm.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Yeah i do wish they would change that,i would be more likely to get 1tier for GA if i could give away all games as a whole.

Otherwise now you have to pick one game, wish i could make it so that it was for people who did not own none of them or at least not own most of said games but unless they add them as a bundle no way around it for now.

Seriously? That's ridiculous. That gives me an incentive not to buy it just because I hate cluttering my profile with games I'll never play!

Edit: but I was overcome by how good the deal was. I didn't have anything in the BTA tier, and $4.XX for Valkyria and Warhammer (+mounds of DLC) is actually a pretty great deal. So now I have a hockey management game I doubt I shall even download in the next decade...

I'd get tier 3 for the CoH2 expansions (and Rome on tier 1) since the rest has good trading and gift value.
so this means tier 1 for me XD

Shame Tier 1 doesn't have a slightly more recent Total War game, but I've been looking to try one of them, so this is not entirely without interest for me. I can see how people would be disappointed though, not even any second week unlocks.
