Well the Adult Only rating does exist. Only like 2 games use it and they aren't even good.

If you want true ero, you shouldn´t go with games on steam, rather search for translated 18+ games/eroge, the quality and the ero of those is usually better than the sakura series. Cho Dengeki Stryker is one of those (doesn't contain that much ero compared to stuff like sono hana)
