No, there is nothing in the rules about language. I really don't mind, since all the people that speak different languages in this community don't use it abusively, like answering English with Portuguese and refusing to speak in a common language, you see that a lot in all forums. Here, everyone seems to speak English, or at least they don't make a fuss about them not speaking it.
