I wouldn't worry. I mean in the end we all choose our paths, and choosing to play a lot of games doesn't necessarily mean you're not getting other things done too. Now if you choose to procrastinate studying until the last minute, then it's time to worry... because that isn't healthy or right, no matter how many people say they "always do it". Studies show time and time again that everyone who does it retains less knowledge than people that study a little here and there over time.
So study for an hour, then play for an hour, do the rest of what needs to get done and then study another hour the next day. Over a week this will only give you seven hours of study, but it will make you retain way more knowledge and understanding than if you play all week and then study seven hours in a row before the test.
