Special GA to region-locked games.

Since Steam enforced region-locking to their games, I think SG should a implement a feature where you can create a game and specify its region.
How does it work? First add a field in user profile to specify their region. Now there should be a field in GA creation to specify what region it can be activated. Only users in specified region can join though some users might try to change their region settings and still join the GA. Not sure if the steam API can identify the region of steam users so we can lock the region settings..
