In some cases, the [UK] was used to differenciate consored versions with non-censored versions. For example, if you buy a non-censored Silent Hill Homecoming game, it has the [UK] tag, but it's multi-language and not region-locked at all. It simply means that it's not the censored version.
That is my theory, but to be sure you should follow amonrayan's advice and contact Gamefly.

Ok so I bought a game from GameFly and in the email with the key it appears like this: http://i42.tinypic.com/2w4jngw.png. I was wonderering if this means that the game is only redeemable in UK, althought on the game page it appears like this: http://i40.tinypic.com/et9wk9.png.
