I can't enter a DLC giveaway, help

So I can't enter Batman AC: Nightwing bundle, however, I've got the base game: Batman AC: GOTY. Here's a pic shows I've got it on my acc.

So what the hell? I've just made a sync, and it still says missing base game... You guys got any idea wtf should I do?

it says on second image that you have the GOTY version, so you have the DLCs then...I have the same, I think even if Steam says you don't have the DLC you have them all, correct me if I'm wrong.

You already have the dlc. The GOTY edition has all the dlcs.
