Hello,

Today I received my first negative rep on steamtrades by a person that I have never contacted nor traded with (I checked my replies section page, and his name never popped up) as well as my previous trades, which also turned up with nothing. And his comment was, "Sh**ty manners." However, from steamtrades' rules, you can't leave rep such as "rude, etc." and if you didn't trade with them. What's weird is that he had +5, -0 on his page. And also, I myself believe that I conduct myself in a respectful manner, my "rudest" gestures on the site probably telling potential traders that I would not like to trade Tomb Raider for the Humble Origin Bundle non-BTA because I can just get it for $1. What would be my best course of action to potentially remove this? Thanks!

Why are you asking us instead of contacting Steamreps staff?

I have heard complaints of others where steamreps has not replied nor taken any action to remove it for months, so I would just like to hear some opinions on my course of the action :)

The staff is the same, and the ticket can be made here, on SG.

Submit a support ticket. But it's probably faster if you add him and ask him what happend, maybe it was an impersonator or whatever.

Contact support, stop bothering SteamGIFTS with SteamTRADES problems.

It's a problem on Steamtrades, which SG and ST both have the same support staff, and this should be addressed with them if he wants it removed.

Make a support ticket, simple as that. http://www.steamgifts.com/support

Contacting support would be your best bet. Unless you can contact the person directly and try to figure out why he left that feedback and maybe get him to remove it. Either way I'd still contact support first and close the ticked if you get it resolved on your own in the meantime.
