Wait for steam to implement the sharing capability (asking for someone else password is a horrible idea, even thou you wont do anything bad, people wont do it)

Until Family sharing is not totally implemented in the Steam system this is much against the Steam's ToS.
And why would anyone share his/her account with you? You have almost nothing to offer (the 95% of your library are bundled games) :S
