Well rubbing your eyes too hard would make them red. Flu might make it worse. Banking on the idea that you didn't wash your hands before you hopped on the laptop, you likely had skin oil on your hands and it just went into one of your eyes.

I was watching youtube fail videos, smoked some weed then read the forums. I went to the bathroom and I saw in the mirror my eyes are red. Has this ever happened to you?

if you have allergy then rubbing the eye while your hands are covered in allergens makes them red... I guess.
Im allergic to cats if I touch a cat and then touch the area close to the eye it gets red. if I rub the eye (because its itchy) then it swells up, gets RED LIKE THE RED SEA YARR aaand starts crying uncontrollably. for few hours.

Did you try turn off and turn on it again?

Your eyes are probably irritated by computer screen (and dry air maybe). You should avoid using computer for a few hours (especially high-contrast text-heavy pages like SG forums - oh well). Using eye drops with hyaluronic acid or similar anti-dryness things should help a bit. You can also lie on your back with teabags on your eyes and not think too much about the fact you're just being teabagged.
Visit a doctor if it doesn't get better. He may prescribe you the horrific thing that is an eyeball cream.

To possibly help in avoiding this, try f.lux. It's a free program that makes your screen darker when time gets late, it helps a lot and it's really unnoticeable when you get used to it !
