I won but no gift recieved :(

So I won a HL2 entry but never received the game. This was a little over a week ago. http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/g9EfP/half-life-2

I emailed sgiftsreports@gmail.com a couple days ago but haven't heard anything back.

I'm pretty sure I'm SOL, but is there anything else I should be doing to make sure others don't get the shaft as well?? Is this a common thing?

I don't think it's fake.. you should wait until he comes back online. He has plenty of games and I wouldn't see why he would make a fake giveaway of such a cheap-yet-famous title.

i know how you feel, i won Left 4 dead 2 some weeks ago but never received it. But i won Terraria and Defense Grid now ^^ so maybe you have more luck next time, ouh and beware L4D2 giveaways ! i will enter you all !!!!
