GamersGate, Direct2Drive, Origin, GreenManGaming (it is also an unofficial reseller, by the way, but probably the least shady one with the lowest amount of scandals) Humble Store, IndieGala store, Bundle Stars Store are the ones I ever used to buy games.
As for a list of legit resellers, just use this site, they list them all with options to filter for anything (including Steam keys only): https://isthereanydeal.com/#/

Ehm... is GreenManGaming unofficial? I know what they did with The Witcher 3, but I think it is the only time they did that.

Since when? It was IGN's old store, for a time it was even Steam's probably biggest competition. Then it was bought by GameFly, now separated again.

Well, then they are lying.... because they say they are official retailers for 2k, square enix, bethesda, valve, wb... http://www.greenmangaming.com/publishers/ http://www.epicbundle.com/official-steam-reseller
Also I don't know about Direct2Drive.... They look like 100% unofficial (resellers, not retailers)

Wait, didn't you say Direct2Drive originally?

GMG wasn't on the list of official partners the last I saw, they were more like a wholesaler of a wholesaler. But if they are now directly affiliated, then it's even better.
(I still wish they wouldn't try to advertise PlayFire that much…)

I edited my original post before you posting (also my last post... It's a bad habit I have, write first and then thinking).
In my first post I wrote at the end what I have edited in my last post, that I think D2D is 100% unofficial. I removed it from my first post because I was not sure of that (I thought the same about GamersGate and they are official retailers). I edited then my last post when I had already researched.

The incident with The Witcher 3 was that GreenManGaming bought those keys from resellers, not directly from the developers, and that didn't like too much to CD Projekt... So for The Witcher 3, they are resellers and they are not official keys. Greedy GMG, that kind of movements are not proper of a serious official store.

Yeah, this is why I said that AFAIK they are a wholesaler who buys from other wholesalers.
Still, they have one very big thing going for them: they are registered in the UK, so they are under EU consumer laws, which not only adds additional protection for us, but also makes sure that they must use legit keys (unless they themselves are scammed). And I rather trust the EU legislature than a word-by-mouth "I bought a zillion keys for them and even though they are not on my Steam profile, they are 101% legit and trusatble because I say so" sites like G2A.

And that is why resellers like G2A are registered in Hong Kong :P

I think the issue with GMG wasn't so much that they were unauthorized to sell Witcher 3 keys as much as they were unauthorized to give that particular discount before launch.

CD Projekt:

“We have worked with GMG in the past for Witcher 2 and they were a legit partner.

We control all digital and the codes, and because we decided not to sell Keys to GMG it came as a suprise that they are doing a special promo without buying Keys from us. We have reach out to ask for the source of they Keys but up until now there was no response. They might sell nVidia Keys (which are not to be sold but gifted with the nVidia promo), or they just bough Keys from gog just like a regular customer and now they resell them with a loss (we cannot prevent anyone from selling something).

They also list Bandai Namco as the published which is not true for w3 (namco is our box distributor in PAL), so GMG is not a CDPR partner for Witcher 3 but they still might sell Keys that will work.”

GMG:

“Green Man Gaming has an official contract with, and has been an approved retailer of CD Projekt S.A. (CDPR) products since 11th August 2011. Following a 6 month dialogue with CDPR about the launch of The Witcher 3, we were disappointed that despite the offer of significant cash advances, and other opportunities to officially work together, (we even offered to fly to Poland to discuss in detail how we could and wanted to support this launch), CDPR chose not to engage with a number of significant, reputable, and successful retailers, including ourselves, as they instead focused on supporting their own platform GOG.
Blablabla... therefore we made the decision to indirectly secure the product and deliver it to our customers. To do this, we reached out to third parties and retailers that were approved by CDPR, to legitimately pass these keys onto our customers

GMG is okay. At least they have to follow European consumer laws, so even if they get keys not directly from the publisher, they are more obligated to make damn sure the keys are legit. Or if not, you don't have to pay for them to pay your money back, they do it by default, giving more protection to the buyer.
This is why I can sometimes recommend GMG as the lowest-risk reseller.

Well most people don't know the Turkish Stores so I'll post some;

voidu.com
playstore.com

Basically divide the TL price to 3 and you'll get USD price. One Piece is 20$ and Mad Max is around 23$, new games release really cheap in most cases.
