Revenge of the Titans problem

So I exited out of the game, and yet Steam still thinks it is running. I checked every single process, and it isn't running at all. I tried to restart steam but it wont until I exit out of the non-existant window. Any solutions to this?

Try restarting the PC, maybe works, or check the drivers if they're up to date.

Sometimes Steam will think the game is running when really, it's crashed. Look for a process like "Steam error reporter" or something like that. Ending that will properly take you out of the game.

The game never crashed, I stopped it myself. This is similar to "hl2.exe is already running", except there is nothing to exit to fix it

Alright, found it. Turns out there was a revengeofthetitans.exe*32 hiding in there.
