Well, it seems Microsoft its going wild. They want to implement the Telemetry feature in Win7 and Win 8.1 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3068708

This is mainly an advice for those who have auto updates enabled and don't like Telemetry.
And /s=sarcasm, I had problems before with sarcasm so that's why I prefer to make it super obvious.
EDIT: AS MrWubbleStein POINTED OUT, THIS INFO CAME A BIT TOO LATE, THIS UPDATE IS FROM EARLY JUNE LOL, SO IF YOU INSTALLED UPDATES RECENTLY YOU BETTER CHECK THAT OUT, THE UPDATE YOU NEED TO UNINSTALL IS kb3068708, OR YOU CAN DISABLE TELEMETRY IN YOUR CONTROL PANEL.
