Hi. Im Won Syberia Bundle from steamgifts.
im received gift, got from email and i have massage :

There was an error processing your request by:

This gift has been received.

Im check in my inventory and i dont have this game...

Please HELP

Was it a key or a gift?

Anyway, do NOT mark the giveaway as received and get in contact with the giveaway creator.

If he does not deliver the game(s), you can mark the giveaway as "not received" 7 days after it ended.

Nothing else you can do.

maybe the creator of the giveaway requested a new winner. If you already have one of the games in a bundle he could ask for another winner.

and im won 2 month ago syberia 1 not 2 . and bundle syberia here 1 and 2 . and i dont have syberia 2..

yes but if you have one of the games from the bundle the creator of the giveaway has the right to request a re-roll and a new winner. You didn't ask the creator of the giveaway if he was okay with you entering his giveaway despite having one of the games in your inventory ?

Try restarting your Steam client. Alternatively go into your 'account details' and see if it's on your list at the top under 'Licenses and subscriptions'.
