YES or NO am i allowed to give the code to the giveaway winner instead of gifting it to them.
i have seen other say in description that prize will be the code sent to your email or i will add you on steam. -is this ok
i have many unused codes that work can i want a yes or no answer. thx

yes u can giveaway Keys but they have to be Working Steam keys

and Should be Region free.. Region restricted keys arnt allowed in public giveaways

Giving it is gifting? I don't really understand what your point is. If it's a key, you can either send it by mail (which is given, once a winner is 'picked') or add the winner on steam and give it in chat.

If it's a steam gift, you can either send it to the mail through steam, or add the winner and 'trade' it through steam.
