They do this to keep getting keys. Companies aren't going to keep giving them keys if they are costing them 'profits' when we go and buy on Nuuvem for 15% of the local prices. So now they only sell us the keys which aren't at a Brazil price, and everything else is locked away depending on region.

The error says a product in your cart is not available for purchase in your region, but how could they tell you're not in Brazil if you're using a Brazilian VPN? Clear your cookies and/or check your VPN connection. They can't just block everyone! :D
Oh, once you fix that, make sure the game you buy is not region-restricted, of course.

they can just check what country is your PayPal or CreditCard associated with :D: It's what for example Ubi Shop has been doing to prevent ppl from using proxy/VPN to make cross-region purchases :>

Yes, but that would happen at a later stage, on the Paypal page. I bought from Nuuvem just a few days ago and I certainly don't have a Brazilian address listed in my Paypal account.

i was buying from them fine days ago too...i use paypal too.. not brazellian billing ...with vpn....they finish ur payment but they dont accept ur mony ...and then nothing happen ..the game still in the cart and no mony sent....this whole thing is new

Games from some publishers (2K, maybe some others) have cross-check for paypal billing address. In this case it will cancel your order.
Otherwise there are many games available for purchase without VPN. And even more that are available with South American IP

I don't know, I see the Brazilian currency, like it always was.
Try this for example on Firefox:
- Delete all Nuuvem cookies
- Install Hola! addon
- Open Nuuvem and set to Brazilian IP(I also delete cookies again after, just in case)
- Sign in in your account
- Go to the game store page, Hola! addon also asks you if it worked, answer no, and it will fix it, because sometimes it won't show the price for me even with VPN but after that fix it does, do it even if it shows the price just in case xd, if it doesn't asks you, you can click the Hola! icon on right top corner and wait for it.
- Add it to cart
- Pay(I pay with Paypal if it matters)
- Wait for payment processing and you got your key
- If you don't like Hola! addon you can uninstall it after.
I had issues like when I was at store page of some game, it showed me not available even with Brazilian IP, but that "did it work?" answer thing from Hola! addon always fixed it for me.

Maybe try a different Latin American country IP, once in past it didn't work for me with Brazilian IP, so I deleted cookies and tried with another country IP, and it worked.

Alien Isolation is a region locked key.
Nuuvem now won't let you buy if A) the key is region locked as above ot B) The publishers have told them not to sell to people outside South America (2k games are doing that)
You can still buy some games without VPN, and more with VPN as long as they don't fit into the above categories.

nuuvem didnt change prices but they decided to hide games for non-brazilian IP. You can still see those games if you use VPN, though apparently not all of them can be purchased anymore. anyways, most games are still cool to buy with VPN. It's been like that for a couple of weeks now, since they changed their site's design.

It only seems to be certain games they're doing this for. Despite following all the steps I can't purchase via paypal.. they must be checking CC address for the cheaper games now. Act of Aggression for example is only R59.99 which I would love to purchase (that's like $18).

what happend..i just tryed to use nuuvm today as usaual with vpn...but it.s not working it gives me this massege ( Operação cancelada. Ao menos um produto no seu carrinho não está disponível para compra em sua região.) means (Operation canceled . At least one product in your cart is not available for purchase in your region.)
