Even better if you add how much or how many giveaways I need to give away to get a level higher.

This is the announcement by cg about Contributer levels.

bobafatt summed it up like this:
"To raise your level, keep gifting. Bundle games are valued at 15%. Minimum 5 entries. After five copies of one title, you get less value."
