Fanatical's new marketing idea: let's see what Humble Bundle recently featured in their bundles, make a pick-and-mix out of them, and demand $5 per key! People will surely bite, right?
A couple of the (few) previously unbundled are on my wishlist but they pretty much have been on sale at this price before and I don't want to buy a third just to get the bundle discount, I'll just wait for a sale methink.

Happened to me, too. The Chant from Humble Store few weeks ago, Chorus from Humble iirc, too. Also for Saint's Row Gold bought on CDKeys. Looks like Deep Silver and Prime Matter describe their packages with tiers now (maybe 1 for default, 2 for those including preorder or day 1 DLCs).

It's more about the countries it can be activated in. See also the description in the OP. Tier 1 are likely the higher priced / higher buying power countries according to the respective publisher.

It's the type of region split that the Embracer Group uses.
Tier 1: "rich" countries: EU, NA, Oceania, some SEA (Japan, Korea etc.), some ME (Israel, Qatar, Saudi Arabia etc).
Tier 3: China + Hong Kong + Macao + Taiwan
Tier 2: everything else that is not in the previous tiers (LATAM, RU/IS, SEA...)
I'm not sure which is which between Tier 2 and Tier 3 (could be inverted) because the subs are not fully indexed with their names for those regions, but the split is like that, as far as I could see from previous Humble Bundle region locks.
