Yes you can. You don't have to tell where it can be activated, or for what game it is, as long as it's on the forums. Never make a giveaway for game A and give away game B however

That's the recent trend, but people have been doing it for a long time (ex: people would make Dirt 2 giveaways but actually give a Dirt 3 key).
