steam glitch!

Hay, look at this,(http://img214.imageshack.us/img214/4361/97097890.jpg) it is the tools library in detail view!
I had the tools library open last time I used steam and now I opened steam and it's in detail view.

They're mostly dedicated servers, so if you want to host a dedicated server you don't have to buy an extra copy of the game. But yeah, these tools are free and have been free for a long time. No glitch
