Is there any tool to check your steam wishlist game currently on sale outside of steam

Thank for nothing #$#$*) Gaben, steam finally geo lock purchased from our country despite still have to pay the same price as US. It really inconvenient for me now to find a ROW copy of some game i like to use as GA or gift other currently on sale since I not have habit to check different retailer site , as well as checking email

So did anyone know any tool, site,add on can check my wishlist on steam and inform me that which game currently on sale and on which site
