Can I promote a Kickstarter on my Giveaways?

I'm interested in promoting my friend's Kickstarter campaign by linking to it on giveaways I create, is this ok to do?

i guess you can create promote it.so many people promote their agenda by giveaways here.

he is not asking momey
he is asking for people to check out the kickstarted and do what ever they want

you can promote whatever you want. you cannot demand the winner or anyone to give away money to the kickstarted

as I understand he want to advertise game project, he isnt forcing anyone to donate for it.
I can imagine how hard is it to break trough in this cruel world, give a guy a slack :)

Yes, exactly. I'm not looking for any personal benefit or to change conditions for the giveaway. I just thought it might be a good way to create awareness of the project to help my friend succeed. It's for a tabletop game he developed, as opposed to software which is often seen here similarly for Greenlight promotion.

if he doesn't demand that you support his kickstarter in order to gain access to his giveaway, this should be no problem.

People promote other games and their YouTube channels in their giveaways all the time. You're fine to promote a Kickstarter.
