Question that I need help with.

I found a site a while ago that was for trading tf2 items. However, I forgot what that site is called. You trade with a bot.. and one scrap for 2 weapons or something like that. the url had .tf or something at the end of it. Anyone know what the heck im talking about? Or am I just crazy? (Actually dont answer the crazy part. that was rhetorical)
