int he UK you can buy them from supermarkets.
There is a menu on the left side that says "Buy Gift Card" click that and it should give you a list of where you can buy.

Hes in the same country as me ... i duno if you can use those in Bulgaria or not D:
They are not for sale in any stores i know of tho , and its basically just a kid who play the same game as i do ... so i tough id help him out a little bit since we are in the same guild thingy ...
I cant rly give him my credit card info so he buy that thing himself tho :D So i wanted to buy him a gift card .... but i kinda failed into finding a source for one :/

They don't sell Google Play gift cards in Bulgaria and if you were to happen to get your hands on a US or UK code you'd still have no luck, because the money gained from those codes are region locked to those countries. I know this from experience when i was working abroad in germany, i was able to buy these cards and use them just fine, but when i returned to the czech republic and connected to the Play store i was greeted with a lol u can't use german moneyz on a czech play store.
I wish i could be of more help, but it's really up to Google to expand to your country. :S

Instead i got to a dozen of shady sites half of which instantly got blocked when i tried to open them :|

I dont think you can buy stuff from google store ( or in game ) on goggle apps ... using phone credit in Bulgaria sadly .
As for the game . Its Called Otogi : Spirit Agents . Its Kind of a Collectable card game ... where the cards are demons ...
Pretty much a grind fest , but its a nice time killer , and the art is nice .
Its free to play , but you eventually need to either spend some cash on it or accept that you arent getting far into the game as f2p player :P
i throw 2-4$ a month on it which seems reasonable amount and im doing pretty well ...
But you do need some potions ( which you buy with the pay 2 win currency ) that give you extra energy so you can do more battles , if you want to get some of the good event rewards :/

Only other option I can think of is Google recently(ish) add a family sharing feature. So you may be able to add his email to your account and then set a spending limit and remove him afterwards. I'm unsure on the full details of this though as I've only used it for sharing full apps that I've purchased.

Game in general is good to be fair .
There is a story mode which is Mostly voice acted ...
Every event ( aside from the player PoV and your servant ) is also fully voice acted ...
There is lots of effort going into the game ... but the main issue is that its not really new player friendly .
If you missed an event that had one of the core demons as a reward you are pretty much screwed .
For example there is 1 demon that gives you 10% bonus exp from each battle ... which you cannot obtain anymore . Thats a massive loss to any newer users .
And you will also hit the paywall where you realize that guy is worse then me but its still getting better even rewards cause he spent 600$ over 2 weeks :|

If you are new to gametame, they give you free 2 dollars. It's like ebay, you can buy google gift cards and redeem them, then confirm to pay the money. If the key is invalid, it's fairly easy to get your money back. I can't remember correctly, but I think you get your money in credits, which can only be spent on gametame (Cannot convert to paypal money)
If you want to be a bitch, you can also use the code and get a resolution, but the almighty lord gaben will curse you
