SOLUTION:
The image below can be recognized as the letters of the alphabet used by ASL (American Sign Language) users and the deaf community. You can find several alphabet charts for the alphabet googling "fingerspelling chart". You can find one like the first attached image below:
You also need to find a good image to learn the numbers or digits from 0-1. You can easily find several online like the second image below:
Using the two charts of alphabet and numbers you can deduce the necessary letters and numbers to arrive to the next giveaway.
FOR Example this first image goes to the first giveaway found at:
http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/xsCr1/
(NOTE: to help deduce upper and lowercases of the letters and a number being represented-- the second line of ASL characters are LLULN or Lowercase, Lowercase, Uppercase, Lowercase and Number)
You thus get xsCr1 (SEE THIRD IMAGE BELOW)
Following the same pattern gets you through the train for each train car EXCEPT when you get to the 7th car you see the FORTH image below:
The first line doesn't have 5 character/numbers but more and includes an equal symbol---
The second line helps deduce upper and lowercase and number occurrence.
The third line gives the hint you need to solve-- it's fingerspelling for Base 64
Using XLATE tool you decode the dGRVUWE= from Base 64 to get the text of tdUQa to get to the next train car.
The next car you see the LAST image below:
The last line says ASCII 85 thus convert the Ch5n/H2 from the fingerspelling into leAPz getting you to the last train car of:

Thanks for joining me on the ASL train. If you haven't figured it out yet-- I love American Sign Language and have been a ASL interpreter professionally for over 35 years. It has been a very rewarding life.
Now go try the Animal Puzzle to get to the Puzzle (on ASL) and join in on that fun! New Hints Posted!
