When the games get added to the list retroactively, the date is also modified retroactively to show the date of which something happened to trigger the action. So in other words the bundle date suggests that something that happened on Feb 11 is the reason that it is now (retroactively) bundled.

As the Prototype bundle is currently on sale I thought I'd check out the bundle list. I'm glad I did now but I'm befuddled as to why Prototype 2 is listed. According to the archive all giveaways have been region restricted so most of us couldn't enter them anyway.

Just because we can't enter that stuff doesn't mean we can't farm CV with it. We can still giveaway region locked games no matter where we are. That is why other regions can effect the list.

I still believe that region restricted giveaways should only yield bundle value CV, regardless of which game is being given away and keep the bundle list as a list of games that have been included in a bundle.
