A little word of advice: Figures cost a lot. If you're just starting,and you don't consider yourself more than economically stable,do reconsider.
Aside from specifics,I'm not really interested in buying figures myself; The cheapest option would probably be to fly to japan and buy them in large groups yourself ,but if that's not viable,I know both AmiAmi and Ixu's Deviance have good reputation. Remember that the actual price is almost always higher than the display price (shipping,tax,etc. Tracked shipping is extra pricey if you want it),and that returning items can be problematic,so make sure you're happy with what you order.
Sometimes you can find some great deals for some figures on ebay,more so if you're okay with "used" figures,but there's a lot of scams there and people selling counterfeit products..recognizing them is hard and takes a lot of experience.
Make sure you know how to clean/keep figures well,most are very delicate and will easily break/bend/lose parts.

I wanted a cool fox girl figure :/ but not expensive, or something from games like Mechromancer or Athena from Borderlands(already found a Claptrap, but out of stock), or from other games, idk.

You may also consider Amiibo figures, they cost just 12-13€ in stores like GAME, they're very detailed and well painted for that price, I like the Fox one, but if you aren't fan of this game you probably won't like it.
From anime figures I like this Kuromitsu Nene figure, but it cost a lot :*( from where I found it.

I'm not even into this, but I can tell you that if you're trying to get a particular figure, it'll cost ungodly amounts of money, and even more for shipping considering you're in Europe.
Plenty of shops probably won't even ship to you or do anything internationally, although you'll probably be able to find a service that will buy the item for you then ship it to you.
