I just got an update (700mb), checking my DLC tab and saw I now have Dawnguard.
Bethesda ? Giving us a 20€ DLC for free ? Really ? Wow.

Edit:

THERE IS NO MORE DLC FOR FREE, THE GLITCH IS FIXED

Technically speaking no, since they ( bethesda or steam ) are the ones sending it without any action from you, so you are not doing anything illegal. Nevertheless, if you know it's an issue and are exploiting it, it's immoral.

+1 I agree with all of that, except I don't find it immoral. By me playing it they aren't losing any money because I wouldn't have purchased it ever. So they're at no loss at all by me playing it. Its a digital copy, not tangible, so it didn't cost them any resources.

It is immoral because you didnt get the product by the correct means, you are exploiting a mistake. If you wasnt going to buy it then dont play it, dont be hypocrate.

Yeah, it's just easier to say you don't care, no need to go in why it's immoral or not.

I don't see that as hypocritical at all. Whether they gave it to people on purpose or not, they still gave it to people. Them being the multi million dollar company they are, they aren't going to demand that people delete it. They're going to say something along the lines of "It was an error, but if you got it then enjoy." They know it was a mistake and they aren't going to be mad or punish people for playing it. Its like if I have a bunch of pencils and drop one and someone who doesn't have a pencil picks it up, and I'm like "its mine, but you can keep it." Well its not immoral for them to keep it since I clearly don't care that they do, and I clearly wouldn't think less of them in any way.
