Is Desura Down?

I get the following message when i try to enter the site:

"Your geoip config file does not appear to be formatted correctly."

I get from the text that it could be MY problem, but i want to know if its down for everyone else.

EDIT: It fixed now, wtf, i wasn't able to enter for like 1 hs
