X-Com and GMG.

Old user here, got my key with no problems. Took my time, voted, submitted votes, got my key.

One of my friends had this problem, I though that maybe I could try to get another key with my other steam account, and it worked. Got the key within the same minute and gave it to my friend. I wonder why some people don't get the key.

Voted when Golden Joystick was announced (before the GA was even announced), didn't get my key on the day they started to give out keys.

Revoted again on right away and got my key. They're pretty fickle with these :/

tried to request again but it said that they're in the process of sending the key to me, but the key never arrived..

I contacted support and i finaly got the XCOM key YEYY :D

Well i got mine, i received an email redirecting me to this site, just enter the email that you used to vote and an existing GMG account.

the announced several times that the keys where limited and they split them up so many per region/area

some went quicker then others and that is why they where out in a lot of areas

i suspect the U.S. had the most keys as it is a safe bet that more people from the U.S. already owned the game then from other countries

on that note i do think they should have made it a little more clear as how the keys where limited and about how many where available to avoid all this confusion and uproar

i suspect some would still complain even know they offered it for free and did not force you to join or vote you could have chosen not to do it

you should know there is a risk of not getting it no matter what i always assume that when entering any kind of GA regardless of how it is entered that i might not get what is promised
