Licence problem.

Hi, i tried to activate a DLC license on steam but it doesnt work because i dont have the initial game. I wanna know if the license is still avabile. If it`s avabile i will put here, on steam games at a giveway :)

Yes it is. The key will still work as long as it's not been redeemed.
