Among Us for $1 seems worth it to me! Have BTA and am not interested in Tier 3. When I think of Among Us I think of my 4 year old niece playing it and just assume I will be playing with a bunch of toddlers. :p

Among Us literally cost $3 and was available for $1 on Steam as well. So unless You want to got Kingdom: New Lands as well, the bundle isn't really the biggest deal for You.

I'm not saying it's the greatest deal in the world or anything. It's true it was $1.24 on Steam at one point last year. I did not buy it then. Now I have a chance to get it for $1 with another game. Sounds like a good deal to me. But prattle on if you wish.

The lowest was $0,99. Also I don't understand how can people not buy games they want, if they are that cheap even without the sale. Do people buy games only if they are on sale? Because I buy games when they are cheap. Regardless if they are on sale or not.

just because you want a game, it doesn't mean that you must buy it when it's cheap. there's something called backlog and priority. imagine if you have a budget of $10 per month, and there are 2 games that you want to buy that cost $10 each at that month. if you are not someone who like to blow money without thinking, you'll need to choose whether to buy either one. there also might be some cases when you are strapped for cash and needed to use that $10 for something else that is more urgent than buying games.

This is the most stupid thing I've read. If You want a game and it's cheap, even with backlog, there is literally no reason to not buy it. If the price is similar to bag of chips. You won't even realize that the money is gone. Unless You are teen and You only got allowance, but I assume You are not that young.
Blowing money without thinking is NOT taking the opportunity. Because You will later buy the game with higher price if You don't catch it when it's cheap. Unless the game is often getting big off. But I didn't even think of being scrooge-y, when buying Among Us. Because I wanted to play it and it's extremely cheap.
Backlog doesn't matter here at all. You can have almost 2,5k games as I do and still buy new games if You want to play something. I will buy Silksong asap and will play it even faster. There is no reason why I wouldn't do that. And I wouldn't even look at price, as long as they won't demand ridiculously much. Like $50 for example.
But we are talking about buying cheap games. I bought Among Us asap and played it right away as well. Even though I had many games in backlog. I don't need to rush. I will either play them later or die before. But I don't want to play games when I don't want to play them. I want to play new game and am not in mood to play games I bought earlier? Then I will play the new game instead. Otherwise I am a slave of my backlog.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, there is no need to call someone stupid just like that.
Why buy games if you never play them? If you play them all, good. But if not, it will just rot in your library and become a waste of money. I'm not even sure how many you even finished from that number of games. Finishing a game != touching a game.
I never said that blowing away money is not taking an opportunity. There are a lot of games coming out everyday and if you dont buy it when it is cheap, then you simply wait until you can afford it when it is cheap again or buy another game. There is no need to be entitled to buy a game just because you want it (and not need it) nowadays. This is not the 19 century where there are only AAA games to buy from.
As for the among us case:
1) you can play it for free from phone
2) it has been free on epic before
See what i mean? You can play games that you want without always blowing money. It's a different matter if you only care about steam library, of course. Also, about this case, i believe the person above you said that it is a good deal to buy it at $1 and you still complained why they don't buy it.
I'm not gonna say that your action is stupid or whatever. I'm just voicing my opinion since you asked why. I gave you my reason so you can understand it from a different perspective. If you still don't see it eye to eye, then there is nothing more i can say.

I'm unsure right now about Generation Zero, I think I gave away ... two? copies, and it's a tad weird now that I'm interested in it. (Thanks to Tales from the Loop)
But for this price, I'll just wait and play backlog / let IRL things destroy my gaming time >:(

p.s. looks like Kingdom: New Lands and Kingdom Two Crowns are region locked for RU/CIS buyers =( according to the gift link notification both games should be locked, other games are fine.

I already have the Kingdom games, I don't mind having Among Us, I am somewhat interested in Generation Zero but not for $6+, and I have slight interest in SoD 2 because I loved the first one but I'm less into zombie & fetch quest marathon games.
If GZ or SoD were in the December choice bundle, I might've considered buying it since there were some smaller games in that bundle which I was interested in.
So T1 for me with minor hopes to win GZ and SoD 2 in GAs.

generation 0 is boring, empty game...lot of empty lands, u will run across the map withhout meeting a lot fo enemies...also crafting/gathbering in this game is...meh...

I wouldn't mind grabbing State of Decay 2 for 10-ish euros but I have lots of game to play, no computer to play them with and it seems like a waste of money at this point. I'm sure it'll be re(-re-re-re)-bundled later and there's nothing else I can see that I would play and don't already own so pass.
