Just move the whole Steam folder to new drive. Shouldn't be an issue.

Just copy paste it into a folder in D then make steam install the game in that folder, it will check the files and that's it

Copy steamapps folder somewhere else, uninstall steam, install it on D drive, start downloading for games you copied, stop it, close steam, move copied steamapps, check files integration in steam options for each game, ????, profit.

Opt in to the Steam Beta program, this will auto update Steam at every launch to the most recent stable test build. Once you have done this, find your Steam icon on your Desktop or wherever you have it saved, right click it and select properties. When you see the "Target Folder" link, go to the end and type in -dev. Should look like this if done correctly: "C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteam.exe" -dev

After that is done, apply the new setting then launch Steam. If done correctly you will see a new tab called "Sonsole"

Open that tab then copy and paste this into it- install_folder_ui

Create a new folder on a drive of your choice, then one you download a game you can choose which drive to save it on!

PC Gamer Full Tutorial can be found here: http://www.pcgamer.com/2012/09/12/steam-finally-adds-choice-of-installation-drive/

Note: The beta participation options can be found by clicking the Steam button in the top left and then selecting settings. After you select settings, match these settings: http://gyazo.com/65e1aefe37e0f99851c3fdbbc7aca51a
After that do all the steps listed above, hope this was useful!
