My first FF was 7 for me but i didnt finished it cause i was a kid and it was difficult for me ironically the first FF to beat was 8 for me too , but is not my best if i would do a list i would say FF7 then FF10 then FF9 then FF6 then FF8 and then all the rest with the remakes and all, and i hated 12 and 13

Ofc to each their own despite the fact i hated that FF companies should try and give to us different kind of games i am sure i love some games other ppl hate and i wouldnt want not to be existed, Lets hope 15 will revive the series cause 13 wasnt a nice experience for ppl new to the series, and i know it will never happen but i hope one day it will go back to turn based battle /pray

Oh, hell no, it's gotta be a list, man!
However, if I absolutely had to choose, I'd go with Duke Nukem 3D... or Doom II: Hell on Earth... or... SEE, I can't do it!

Just Cause 2 is most likely my number one favorite game ever.
RollerCoaster Tycoon was a favorite for a long time in my childhood, so it's worth mentioning. It's still one of the best games I've played.

Shining Force II for the Sega Genesis. Still the greatest game I have ever played in my life. That thing changed the way I looked at video games and RPG's especially. Phantasy Star helped also.

I keep a Sega Genesis around in working condition because of Shining Force II. Shining in the Light and Shining in the Darkness are amazing as well, but SF2 can't be beat.
Loved going back to Creed's to pick everyone up and the fairy woods were such hacks, and Karna as a Master Monk is just OP!
Still upset that the Asian release had an area not included in the American release.

Haha, OP as hell but still incredibly fun to have. I still have my copy of Shining Force 2, though sadly It's not really playable since the battery in it is dead. I do own it on the Wii's Eshop though, so I still can play it whenever I'd like to.

I might have taken the last copy I found in town before all the Video Stores went out of business...I rented it and asked what the lost game charge is if my "kids" lost it, they said $20. I considered that a worthy buy.

My real gem of my collection is a game most never remember, Dungeons & Dragons: Warriors of the Eternal Sun boxed copy, opened of course, with the map and the Strategy Guide they sold for it as well. Nobody ever remembers that game though lol.

No, but I would have if Barbie Dreamhouse Party had online multiplayer.

If we judge "single absolute favorite game" by number of hours played, then mine would be Diablo II (with expansion of course) but only up to Patch v1.09. I never played 1.10.
Of course, there were fewer choices "back then."

Monster Rancher Card Battle Episode II. It doesn't make any sense to have it as my favourite, but it is and I will cherish it always.

Choosing favorites is hard. I know I can often not do it. Ask me what my favorite game is, and I'll end up giving you a list instead. How about you guys? Are you able to choose just a single absolute favorite game, or are you like me and unable to do anything less than a list?
