Removing mouse and keyboard sound from a USB mic?

Anyone has a solution to give me? It's a USB headset and the software that came with it doesn't really help...

[Taskbar] ----> RClick on Sound ----> Proprieties ----> Enchantments ------> Noise cancelation. tried that?

USB headsets don't have this option, this option is only available on Realtek drivers for Jacks headsets.
