So bad it is good… for me it's probably some point 'n' click I didn't bother to remember the name of.
Although Goat Sim and Barbie™ Dreamhouse Party™ are good contestants.

As for bad horror games, the last one I still remember is the Doorways series. Started mediocre with some decent atmosphere, so far it is quite bad with chapter 3. Maybe I'll give chance to chapter 4 when it is out, but the last part of chapter 3 was one of the worst gaming experience I had in the past years.
And I have played like 8 hours of Dark Base 01. Still would play that instead of the labyrinth in Doorways ch. 3.

Oh, and you giveaway has low entries because it is CIS restricted. In my experience Russians mostly tend to stay away from English language topics on international boards and the rest of the member states have very low presence.

Many speak it, but they don't like to speak it. Even on Steam they tend to go to sub-forums or own forums. Or try to start a Russian thread.
It's more like cultural, it seems. Germans were like that for a very long time, and French are still like that even today.

I like bad horror games. It helps make game development seem more down-to-Earth when a game released on steam seems a little unprofessional.

Oh, the gaming industry has been full of unprofessional shlock since the seventies. But, like with terrible movies and music that made up the largest portion of the entertainment industry, those were eventually slowly forgotten completely until the internet reviewers dug up some.

Ubersoldier II, although not an horror game.
If i where to tell everything that happened in that game that made me laugh out loud i would be here all night, its a game that never ceases to amaze and sometime even left me perplexed, looking at the screen trying to comprehend what my eyes had witnessed.
Most importantly, its a playable game, so it never got to a point where i was so frustrated that i would rather stop then to know what comedy gold would come next.

Afterfall insanity wasn't too awful either, it had its moments
