It's not a complain, just a fact: some people think their blacklist are the end of the world for other users. That's not my case. As you see, my blacklist is not the end of the world for you.
By the way, I don't really remember who you are or why I blacklisted you, but I usually blacklist only people who blacklisted me (fair enough, huh?). And your blacklist does not make me losing my sleep as well. :3

Account on the top Right side .
The on the left Blacklists ... its the 3rd option .
Then you find the name you want to remove from the list and you just click on remove .
Alternativelly you just click on the user profile and you click the blacklist button again :)

How do you if someone blacklists you ? I understand you see your count go up, but I didn't think you could actually see which person blacklisted you. Am I wrong? It's OK if I am, I usually am...just ask my wife.

You can only find out who BL'd you if you try to enter said person's giveaway. Like trying to click a link in the forum etc. It will show you an error and tell you that you were blacklisted by the creator. That's the only way to find out who exactly blacklisted you.

I normally don't blacklist for that reason but you're one of those rare cases where it's really hard not to blacklist you simply for exclusively creating a hand full of region restricted GAs while at the same time winning 89% region free GAs.

I had to read your message several times until I got what you trying to say but of course you shouldn't refuse to accept gifts you have already won. That would be just wasting the GA creators time.
I was merely pointing out that your claim that you're not trying to intentionally exploit the system but rather "have no other option" is awfully convenient and was pointing out an alternative if you really want to give back to everyone.
Starting from your multiple win over your attitude to the fact that you exclusively give away region restricted games while winning mostly ROW games there's plenty of legit reasons to blacklist you and this thread complaining about blacklists certainly doesn't help.

How about the reason is you've got a good deal on a Steam winter sale, decided to give it away and found you've been blacklisted for it? The fun fact was, that overall you sent only about 20% of region locked gifts. / When it happened to me, i found the person, we had a nice chat about it, i blacklisted him as well and had some good laugh, considering the miserability of one's reasons to blacklist. Good internet life experience.
Added later. Out ot all 12-13 given away region restricted games, only 1 or 2 winners bothered themselves to say simple "thx". Still, i didnt go on blacklisting spree... Nothing can help it already, i think.

Ikr? Steam accepts my currency, so it's easier for me to pay for Steam gifts, which will be restricted. But people judge me because of that. If I didn't buy a thing to give away, I would be judged as well. If I changed my region on Steam to have ROW gifts, I would be banned and would be judged by that as well :3
Of course, people think they are just excuses, but they don't really want to think about putting theirselves on other people's shoes :3
