Arma 2 sync problem (little giveaway inside)

For some reason SG thinks I still don't have Arma 2 base game (so it allows me to join Arma 2 GAs but not Arma 2 DLC GAs), I'd love a solution for that but so far nobody couldn't help me :(
Arma 2 is shown in owned games on my SteamGifts profile. Still can't join DLC GAs even after a sync. I have no idea what's wrong with it as it looks like other people can join DLC GAs without any problems...
YET more weird is that Steam still let me buy Arma 2 for myself via its store eventhough I do have it in my library (it doesn't show as product owned)...

Is there any way to be able to enter DLC GAs? I really want them ALL!!!! I am a very sad Cookie Monster now :(

Do You think I'd get it done manually somehow if I asked support yo do this for my account? I know it may take years but it might be worth it :P
