When this happens to me. I just put that restriction information on the giveaway page.

PS I also place a comment on the giveaway right after its over asking the winner to confirm they understand the restriction and want the game, cause I've sent the game code to winners, who then say they didn't know the restriction and want a reroll - after they've already seen the code :/
