Name of this film?

Been searching for a while and I can't find it, maybe one of you guys has seen it.

It's about a man (played by this guy) who has a son.

At school, his son gets something from a time capsule. Instead of a picture of whatever, he gets a list of numbers.

His dad sees it and decrypts it and w/e.

The list is a list of major accidents, the coordinates and the amount of people that died.

Pretty much all I've seen of it. If anyone knows what it is called, I'll be greatful.
