Just wondering what I should do when...

So, I've won two of the same items in a row.
I took the 1st key and mailed the other person to redo his giveaway. They responded to all of that should be fine.
But what now? The site is still telling me that I've won it and all I can do is press ˝no˝ under if I've received the prize or not.

Just wait until the person that won on the reroll gets the game

The person that made the giveaway didn't do any re-rolling or redoing.
